A trading fee that becomes a donation.
Kirk Fund is a memecoin. 2% of every buy and every sell is paid by the contract itself — automatically, on-chain, with nobody able to switch it off — to a public fund wallet. That money is donated to Turning Point USA, and every donation is published here with its transaction and its receipt.
It is a fundraiser with its books open by construction: you can add up the fees yourself from the chain, and compare that total against what has actually been sent.

The fee total is not our bookkeeping. It is the sum of the fee field on every buy and sell event the curve has emitted — the exact amounts the contract sent to the fund wallet. Anyone can recompute it from the same public logs, and no one, including us, can change it after the fact.
Addresses appear here the moment the coin is launched.
Buy or sell $KIRK
Trading opens at launch
When $KIRK is launched on Pons, this panel becomes a live buy and sell against the bonding curve, quoting the fee that goes to the fund on every fill before you confirm.

The fee is charged on-chain
Pons lets a launch set a creator fee and the address it goes to. Both are fixed when the coin is created and cannot be changed afterwards. Every trade pays it, in both directions, before anyone touches the money.
It lands in a public wallet
The fee accumulates at one address, published on this site and linked to the explorer. It is an ordinary wallet held by this project's operator — not by TPUSA, who have no control over it and no obligation to us.
We send it and show the receipt
Converting the balance and donating it is a manual step performed by a person. That is the one link in the chain you have to take on trust — so each donation is published with its amount, its transaction and its reference number.

Turning Point USA
Turning Point USA is a real organisation with its own fundraising, and it can take your money directly, today, with a receipt and — if you are in the United States and it applies to you — the tax treatment that a donation to a token cannot give you.
If your goal is simply to support them, that is the better route and we would rather point you at it. This project exists for people who were going to trade a memecoin anyway, and would prefer the fee on that trade to end up somewhere.

- That anyone connected to Charlie Kirk has approved the use of the name.
- That buying $KIRK is charitable giving, or deductible against tax.
- That the coin will hold its value, or any value at all.
- That a donation has been made before it appears in the ledger above.
