Kirk Fund
About

What this is, plainly

Kirk Fund is a memecoin on Robinhood Chain with a fee that is paid to a public wallet on every trade, and a commitment to donate that fee to Turning Point USA. It is run by supporters of that organisation. It is not run by them, with them, or on their behalf.

Affiliation

Kirk Fund is an independent, community-run project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk, or his family or estate. No permission, partnership or approval has been given, asked for, or implied.

The name is used to say who the money is for, which is what the project is about. If Turning Point USA would prefer this project did not use it, or would prefer not to receive money raised this way, we will stop — that decision is theirs, not ours, and there is a contact route below for making it.

What buying the coin is, and is not

Buying $KIRK is not a donation and is not tax-deductible. You are buying a memecoin on a bonding curve. Donations to TPUSA are made separately, by the operator of this project, out of fees the contract collects.

$KIRK has no intrinsic value, no yield and no promise of return. The price can go to zero. Never spend money you cannot afford to lose, and treat any figure here as a report of on-chain state rather than a forecast.

If your intention is to support TPUSA, give to them directly. You will give more, they will receive it sooner, and you will get a real receipt. This project is for the trade you were going to make anyway.

Custody

Fees are paid by the Pons contract to a public fund wallet on Robinhood Chain. That wallet is controlled by this project's operator, not by TPUSA. Every donation made out of it is published on this site with its transaction hash and its receipt, so the balance owed and the balance sent can always be compared.

There is no way to make that final step trustless, and a project that claims otherwise is misleading you. What can be done — and is done here — is to publish both sides of it, so the amount collected and the amount donated are always visible next to each other. The mechanics page spells out how each figure is derived.

Contact

For Turning Point USA, press, or anyone who believes something on this site is inaccurate: the fastest route is the project's public channels linked in the footer. Corrections to the ledger or to any claim made here are published rather than quietly edited.
