The two ETH figures will not net out perfectly to the wallet balance, and it would be dishonest to present them as if they did: gas is paid out of the same wallet, and ETH is converted at whatever the rate was on the day rather than at the rate now. The number that matters for accountability is “not yet donated” — it should trend toward zero, and if it climbs and stays there, that is the thing to ask about.
